With the POSS
System the end product has a textural quality far superior to any
other system. Rather than produce an emulsion, the POSS System's
final product consists of meat tissue strands which increase the
binding quality and expand the avenue of uses, especially where
texture and appearance are important.

System's unique patented head designs keep the separation temperature
rise to extremely low levels, thereby discouraging microbiological
growth and eliminating the possibility of denaturing the protein,
thus maintaining the functional properties of the meat.
